[02] The gap

You have the expertise.
I help you make it visible.

Doctors and health coaches have years of clinical knowledge. But when it comes to technology, AI and digital content, there is a gap. No direction, no strategy, no time. Meanwhile, people looking for functional medicine care do not always know where to go or who to trust. Expertise that stays offline is expertise they may never find.

I sat right in the middle of that gap. Data scientist on one side, metabolic health coach on the other. Very convenient career confusion, apparently.

I do not run a content agency. I build the layer that teaches practitioners what to say, why to say it, how to build trust, how to position expertise, and how to use AI intelligently.

Making your expertise visible is bigger than growing a following. It helps the right people find you, helps your practice grow, and brings more awareness of functional medicine to India. That is the point of the whole experiment.

My mission

More visible practitioners.
More informed patients.
Across India.

A doctor can do meaningful work and still be invisible to the person who needs them. A patient can spend years looking for answers without ever hearing about functional medicine. I want to help close that distance.

My mission is to build awareness of functional medicine across India by helping the doctors and health coaches working in this space show up on social media. Not just to promote a practice, but to explain their approach, share what they know and make their expertise easier to find.

I want to become a connecting point for that community: bringing practitioners into the conversation and helping patients understand functional medicine, ask better questions and find professionals they can speak to.

The brand work is how I start. A more connected, informed India is what I am working towards.

[03] What I actually build

Not social media posts. A complete brand and content system.

[01]One-time foundation

Brand Strategy Document

  • Competitor and market research across Indian and international health brands
  • Audience psychology mapping: what patients believe, fear and misunderstand
  • Positioning and messaging: what the brand says, how it says it, what it never says
  • Claim-safe language framework for health and supplement brands
  • Visual identity system: palette, typography, editing style, recall rules
  • Content pillars, hook strategy and tone of voice guide with real scripts
[02]Roughly 9 to 10 hours of skilled work per set

Monthly Content Production

  • 1 reel, 1 carousel, 1 static post, 3 to 4 interactive stories per set
  • Topic and formulation research, then audience psychology mapping
  • Hook engineering using the Purple Cow framework
  • Visual concept, shoot brief, two-pass reel edit for brand consistency
  • Caption strategy and keyword research
  • Cross-platform repurposing with adaptation, never repetition

  • WhatsApp broadcast, Substack and Medium adaptation

[04] The series-arc method

Every month is one narrative arc.

Testing ideas. Tracking data. Building brands that work. Four weeks, one story, told in the order a patient can actually follow.

Week 01

Problem awareness

Name the patient's pain in their own words.

Week 02

Mechanism

Why the problem exists. What is really happening in the body.

Week 03

Solution framework

What this doctor's approach actually looks like.

Week 04

Trust building

Case framing, myth busting, what to do next.

The Purple Cow hook test

  • Is it specific? Not "sugar is bad".
  • Is it defensible? Can the doctor explain the mechanism in 30 seconds?
  • Is it surprising to a well-read Indian patient?
  • Is it respectful? It should make the viewer feel smart, never scared.

Reel anatomy

  1. 01Purple Cow hook, 0 to 3 sec
  2. 02Tension amplifier, 3 to 6 sec
  3. 03One mechanism only, 6 to 25 sec
  4. 04Authority signal, 25 to 35 sec
  5. 05Actionable takeaway, 35 to 45 sec
  6. 06Soft CTA, last 5 sec

[07] Content philosophy

Education first

Promotion never. Content makes the audience smarter, not sold to.

Root cause thinking

Always the why and the mechanism, never just the what.

Indian context

Food examples, lifestyle cues and language nuance that actually land here.

Trust before CTA

No promotion in the first three weeks of a content arc. Credibility earns the ask.

Everyone has AI. The difference is who knows how to direct it.

AI executes a brief. It cannot create one. The research, strategy, visual concept and audience psychology are the part that separates content that compounds from content that fills a feed.

[08] Next experiment

I run experiments.
Not in a lab.
In brands.

Taking on 3 to 5 retainer clients. Functional medicine doctors, hospitals and supplement brands who are ready to be seen properly.
